Piotr Kuglarz

Managing Partner

The owner of Procreator marketing and consulting agency, entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in marketing and international sales, specialising in DACH markets.

He co-founded export departments in various Polish companies, coordinated the activities of sales teams, built forward-looking marketing and sales strategies that translated into major successes of Polish companies. For several years he has also been involved in training for Polish companies in the area of export sales.

Involved in the cooperation with various international institutions, i.e. AHK, IHK, MARR, PAIH, PARP as an expert on international sales. He effectively advises German companies on the selection of partners in Poland. He has been efficiently and successfully supporting the development of Polish-German economic cooperation for many years.

Christoph Nöcker

Managing Partner

Dr. Christoph Nöcker, entrepreneur with many years of experience in the management of a number of large German companies, i.e. SKK Group, Beer Schneider Group (subsidiary of Veltins Brewery), Nordmann Capital Group. 

Currently managing director and shareholder of various companies, with many years of experience in consulting. 

He has been involved in increasing the value of companies and selling businesses for many years. 

He started his career in an international consulting company. Today he actively promotes Polish-German economic cooperation.


Paweł Kuglarz

Legal Department Manager

Director of the School of Austrian Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Member of the Council of INSOL Europe (Poland reserved seat), Expert of the European Commission on the harmonisation of substantive insolvency and restructuring law, Vice-President for International Affairs of INSO – Section of Insolvency and Restructuring Law of the Allerhand Institute. 

He has extensive professional experience of more than 30 years, including as a Partner in international law firms. Over the years, he has handled the legal side of many major German investments in Poland.

Anna Jaworska

Legal Advisor

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Owner of Jaworska & Wspólnicy Law Firm based in Cracow, and with branches in Katowice and Warsaw.

Specializes in legal services for entrepreneurs and in bankruptcy law, restructuring, liquidation and family law. Delegate at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow. Author of numerous press publications, and speeches on the radio and at conferences. Speaks fluent English.

Konrad Glapiak

Tax and Accounting Manager

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Faculty of Law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) (LL.M). 

In the course of many years of practice, he has specialised in income taxes (CIT and PIT) and corporate law issues. In our company, he is responsible for handling corporate issues, including those of an international nature. He is fluent in German and English.

Karolina Trojan

Karolina graduated in the Netherlands with a degree in economics, and after years of working as an HR Manager in organizations such as Otto and Randstad, she opened her own business and has been successfully raising EU funds, grants and subsidies for Polish entrepreneurs for several years.

Through a proper understanding of the industry and many years of experience, she knows how to effectively obtain additional funds for companies, and she is willing to share her knowledge with our contractors.

As part of PGBC, Karolina assists in obtaining grants, subsidies and subsidies for many different industries.

Andrzej Polak

Finance and Insurance Manager

Outstanding insurance specialist with highly developed financial and analytical skills. He is a positive and communicative manager with strong advisory skills. 

He is very reliable in his work and knows his industry very well. 

He has worked in the insurance industry for more than 20 years and is able to find the most advantageous solutions to protect clients against the various risks present in the market.

Daniel Koprek

Marketing Manager

Daniel Koprek is Digital Expert and owner of a digital agency with more than 40 employees. He works for of lots of medium-sized and big companies, mainly with focus on digital sales and digital marketing solutions. 

In the last years he and his team developed more than 20 digital platforms and webshops. As an enterpreneur gh is also owner of Big Data, that means lots of latest adresses and contact persons from many industries. 

Due to his co-owned call-center, he is able to generate a lot of high quality leads and new customers for his partners.

Marcin Krukowski

IT Manager

Graduate of IT Business Management at AGH in Krakow. For the past 3 years, involved in sales and project delivery processes in the IT industry using Agile methodologies. Holds certificates in project management: Scrum Master Certified, Agile PM Foundation, Prince2 Foundation.

Co-founder and COO of SoEasyIT, an interactive agency specializing in creating web applications, websites, UX/UI consultations, and digital materials for individual clients and marketing agencies.

Can provide assistance in brand transformation, marketing strategy development, advertising campaigns, and e-commerce, with a particular focus on WordPress/WooCommerce/

Throughout her career, Ewelina has developed a reputation as a results-driven professional with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, also working in a pure customer success roles. Ewelina has a proven track record of leading successful international sales teams, exceeding targets, and cultivating strong relationships with clients across diverse industries.

As a team leader, Ewelina fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, which has helped her teams consistently exceed their targets. In her role as a senior account manager, Ewelina has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and is always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver value.

She is a skilled problem-solver, and a sales consultant providing expert advice and guidance on client’s most complex business challenges. For the last 5 years strongly connected to the IT & Professional Services industry, leading sales processes of implementation projects in the B2B segment, covering the full sales cycle.

Ewelina has also been part of an acquisition process of two companies, supporting the successful integration of internal sales operations.
